Yes.. there are always rules...

1| Being a fan of Happy Mania, is preferable.

2| You don't have to have a website, but you have to have a valid email address.

3| If you do have a site you must put the code up on it. One of the points of fanlists is connections with other fans. How are people going to do that if they don't know where this is?

3½| If your site has anything that is illegal for minors to interact with, I won't list your site. We gotta keep it clean for the kiddies.... Even though the manga is questionable sometimes... @_@

4| Do noooooot direct link the codes! It is not difficult to save the image to your own space. If you cannot do that, there are always text links!

5| Fill out the form entirely, any forms with the name, email, and/or country fields empty, will be deleted.

6| I can't think of anything else... So.. if you're still up to it, go join!
